Used to cost at $204k if not mistaken. One simpang has 4 houses. About 19km from Bengkurong shops which is 20 minutes drive away. One is a big occupied house. Another empty one is just beside the road and opposite the big house. The other 2 identical houses are few meters from that 2 houses. So most probably the tender is the identical houses (please check to confirm).
