BIG land at Kg Menunggol ($69k)
2.74 acres Mukim Kota Batu. A retender but the same price. At the moment you need to use boat to reach it. Could be a good buy if there is a bridge between Lumapas and BSB (Click here). Swampy area or forest or level land? Want to take the risk of buying it?
