Re-tender of Sg. Akar's House
The house has been reduced by $17k from previous tender (click here for the pictures). At the back of the house there a few VERY big freezers which is still in operation. Guess the owner of the the freezers is still in business.

House for tender (B$235k minimum) at Kg Sg Akar
This house is just behind Hua Ho Manggis Mall. Its neighbours is identical as this house. Beautiful!
